The College Council: The College Council consists of a representative of the Management, the Principal, Heads of various departments, the Staff Advisor and the Staff Secretary. The Staff Advisor is the link between the administration and the students while the Staff Secretary is the represen­tative of the members of the Staff. The College Council advises the Princi­pal on matters of general administration

Planning Committee: The Planning Committee constitutes the Princi­pal and those in charge of the various clubs, Associations and Boards that function within the college. This body coordinates the various activi­ties and programmes and puts forth long term and short term goals. These goals and targets help the college in its various student- quality enhance­ment programmes.

Quality Advisory Committee (QAC): In accordance with the stipulated guidelines of the National Assessment Accreditation Council (NAAC) the Quality Advisory Committee has been formed to periodically review the performance of the College and to put forward constructive suggestions. The QAC consists of representatives of the College Council, the Planning Committee, prominent members of the society and eminent personalities of the scientific and industrial community.

Internal Quality Assuence CELL (IQAC): A cell that is dedicated to monitoring the quality of education and maintaining the standard of excellence in curricular and co-curricular aspects of the college.

Parent Teacher Assocation (PTA): The Parent - Teacher Association was started in 1990. All the teachers and parents are members of this Association. The Association aims at co-operative effort on the part of parents and teachers for the overall development of the students and the College. Seminars on Career Guidance, Counselling, job-oriented coaching classes, etc. are some of the services rendered. Financial aid is given to the poor and deserving students. Awards for proficiency are also given to students every year.

Discipline Committee: The Discipline Committee consists of select members of the staff and is in charge of maintaining general order and discipline.

Exam Board: The Board is in charge of coordinating the terminal exams, supervising the tabulation process and sending the progress cards to the guardians.
